Maxx Crosby is departing the AFC West, as the Ravens sent two first-round picks, including No. 14 overall in the 2026 draft, to the Raiders for the All-Pro pass rusher. The NFL world reacted to the blockbuster trade, but outside of Baltimore, nobody is happier about Crosby's departure than Broncos head coach Sean Payton.

The pass rusher with the nonstop motor has been a thorn in Payton's side since he joined the Broncos as head coach, and during a conversation with Jay Glazer of Fox Sports, the future Hall of Fame coach jokingly offered to pay for Crosby's private jet to Baltimore.
