Miami — For as great as this season has been for the Detroit Pistons, they are officially in uncharted territory. Sunday night, their losing streak extended to four following a 121-110 loss to the Miami Heat inside Kaseya Center. This marks the Pistons' longest losing streak since they started the 2024-25 campaign 0-4. Detroit has fallen to 45-18 overall.

After missing the previous game because of a left quadriceps injury, Cade Cunningham finished with 26 points on 9 of 18 shooting, 6 of 9 from behind the arc, to go along with 10 assists in 35 minutes. Jalen Duren contributed with 24 points and five rebounds.

As a result of subpar execution on both ends, the Heat beat the Pistons in every aspect of the game. Miami shot 12 of 33 on 3-point shooting, and scored 56 points in the paint and 26 second-chance points. Tyler Herro led the Heat with 25 points, while Bam Adebayo finished with 24 points, nine rebounds and six assists.
