There were several top performers across the state in boys high school sports, but only one can be voted as the Clarion Ledger athlete of the week for March 9-14.

Nominations
Henry Abt, Hartfield Academy: Abt produced 10 hits, three home runs and seven RBI's in Hartfield Academy's three games.
Hayes Algee, Simpson Academy: Algee recorded a no-hitter with five strikeouts in Simpson Academy's 1-0 win against Nettleton.
Eric Booth Jr., Oak Grove: Booth produced two home runs, seven RBI and scored six runs in Oak Grove's three wins.
Brayden Edmiston, New Hope: Edmiston recorded three hits with two home runs and five RBIs in New Hope's 14-10 win against Kosciusko.
Deuce Jenkins, Jackson Academy: Jenkins produced two home runs and six RBIs in Jackson Academy's 11-2 win against Starkville.
DK Wallace, Ridgeland: Wallace went 3-for-4 with three hits and two RBIs with a stolen base in Ridgeland's 15-9 win against Leake Academy.
