The second round of the 2026 NCAA Tournament continues on Saturday, March 21, as No. 3 Gonzaga takes on No. 11 Texas.

Gonzaga took on No. 14 Kennesaw State in the first round of the tournament and won 73-64 in a game that Kennesaw State kept close throughout. Texas was one of the last four teams in and actually had a play-in game to become the No. 11 seed. The Longhorns beat NC State and then upset BYU to make the second round. 

Gonzaga was led in scoring by Graham Ike, who had 19 points. The 7-foot Matas Vokietatis was the leading scorer for Texas in its win, dropping 23 points and adding 16 rebounds. The matchup of the big men down low will be one to watch in this game, with both serving as their respective team's star.
