The Spartans, who held a 4-point halftime advantage, could not overcome a pourous third quarter, where the Sooners took control of the game, and never gave it back.
Leading the way for the Spartans was Rashunda Jones, who finished with 20 points in the game. Meanwhile, Kennedy Blair scored 14 points and Grace VanSlooten added 13 points.
The third season for Robyn Fralick ends with the Spartans going 23-9, but failing to reach the Sweet 16 for the first time in her tenure. The Spartans will aim for their fourth straight NCAA Tournament appearance, and a trip to the second weekend in Fralick's fourth season in East Lansing.
