‘I don’t want to mess around’: Caroline Dubois has designs on future fights with Alycia Baumgardner, Mikaela Mayer

Caroline Dubois takes on Terri Harper in a women’s lightweight title unification match this weekend and considering how confident Dubois is in victory — as exemplified during their recent face off interview — it’s not exactly a surprise that she’s already looking forward to even bigger fights to come.
Talking to Sky Sports, Dubois says Alycia Baumgardner is the obvious fight to make after this upcoming one and says she’ll then move up to welterweight to go after Mikaela Mayer.

“I want to fight Baumgardner at the end of the year. There’s no point wasting time. It’s a big fight,” Dubois told Sky Sports.”After Baumgardner, I’ll then move up to 147lbs. I don’t want to mess around. There’s no big fights for me at 140, I’m chasing only big fights,” Dubois declared.
Dubois proclaims the biggest fights for her are up at 147 and she really wants to get a shot at Mayer before she walks away from the sport, not knowing how much longer Mayer will continue on.
In the immediate future, however, she has a date this Saturday in Kensington with both the WBC and WBO titles on the line.
