Puka Nacua has recently spent time at a California rehab facility and will continue to do so "a while longer," his attorney, Levi McCathern, revealed Wednesday.
The rehab news comes after a troubling few months for the Los Angeles Rams star. He was scolded for performing an antisemitic gesture during a December livestream, an incident he later apologized for. Then last month, a Los Angeles woman sued Nacua after alleging he made an antisemitic comment and bit her shoulder.

Nacua is denying the woman's allegations "in the strongest possible terms," per a statement shared with ABC.
So, why is Nacua in rehab, and did those incidents play a role in the decision?
McCathern says Nacua is seeking care "to improve his overall behavior in every aspect of his life." As for the timing, McCathern revealed Nacua was in rehab a "substantial period of time before any of these allegations broke."
Nacua's rehab stint isn't expected to keep him away from Rams OTAs, according to McCathern.
