Even though legends Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson will not be in the field for the the 2026 Masters at Augusta National, the best golfers in the world will venture once again to Georgia in a quest for the Green Jacket.
The Masters, steeped in tradition, has become the gold standard for professional golf on television. With its lack of commercials, scenery that pops on television and hours of coverage, the Masters is truly the best run tournament in golf for television viewers. In 2026, there are two more streaming providers to add the the variety of ways that fans can tune in to watch the best in the world battle with Rae’s Creek and Augusta National.
CBS will be airing five Masters specials during the week. From the 40th anniversary of Jack Nicklaus’ miraculous 1986 win to Rory McIlroy’s victory last year to cap off the career Grand Slam.
Besides television and streaming, the Masters app and Masters website offer a variety of viewing options from featured groups, players on the range, and specific hole groups such as “Amen Corner.” Here, Augusta National uses IBM Watson technology to provide every shot hit in the tournament available for fans to rewatch, all 20,000 plus shots hit in the tournament!
