Once again, former Duke guard Jared McCain was a huge part of Oklahoma City's success. McCain scored eight in the third and led all bench scorers for the second straight game.

He finished with 18 points on an efficient 7-for-11 from the floor and 4-for-5 from downtown. This was especially impressive, considering McCain played just 18 minutes of action.

So far, through the first two games of the series, the former Duke guard has scored 30 points in 33 minutes as a reserve, including eight three-pointers made.

Following the contest, Thunder guard Ajay Mitchell spoke about his impact. “He’s a crazy shooter. He’s a crazy scorer. It’s amazing to have him on the team," said Mitchell.

Now with a 2-0 lead, McCain and the Thunder will hope to stay hot Saturday as they travel to Los Angeles for Game 3.
