Lamine Yamal has taken time out to send a fresh message to Robert Lewandowski after the striker said a tearful farewell to Barcelona on Sunday night.

The Poland international captained his side to a 3-1 win over Real Betis at Camp Nou in his final appearance for Hansi Flick’s side at their famous old stadium.

An injured Yamal watched the game from the stands and has now paid tribute to Lewandowski with a message on social media and a carousel of images.
