Fowler softball wins back-to-back district titles

MIDDLETON, Mich. (WLNS) – Fowler defeated Williamston in the division four semifinals 10-0 and would later go on to defeat Fulton 13-0 in the district finals.

The win for Fowler gives the Eagles their second straight district title.
In the semifinals against Portland St. Patrick, Fowler’s Bristol Miller would open up scoring for Fowler with a three-run home run to left in the first inning.
In the fourth inning, Selena Stump and Addison Spicer would both knock in RBI’s to put the Eagles lead at five. Fowler would score its next five runs on walks.
The Eagles will now face Beal City on June 6th.
