The Blaugrana starlet in question? Dani Rodríguez.
The name of winger Rodríguez will be a familiar one to close followers of Barcelona, after the 20-year-old was afforded his first-team bow by Hansi Flick back in the 2024/25 campaign.
Considerable injury problems prevented the Spaniard from building on as much this past season, though, with Rodríguez having been forced to make do with life back at reserve level as a result.
And if the latest word stemming from the media this weekend is anything to go by, then the talented attacker would evidently not be content with a similar role for the year ahead.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo, Rodríguez is ready to push for a departure from Catalunya’s capital this summer.
Be it on loan or a permanent deal, the youngster is eager to test his talents at a higher level. Croatian heavyweights Dinamo Zagreb, meanwhile, are one of a number of clubs tipped as a potential landing spot for Rodríguez.
