In terms of the defense, several spots are locked in. But even in those positions, what would Pro Football Focus grades say about the matter? A noteworthy position would be the battles at linebacker and cornerback.
According to PFF grades, here is how the Bills' starting defense would look at the start of the 2026 NFL season:
