15. Jordan Mailata

Jordan Mailata, entering his sixth season as the Eagles’ starting left tackle, remains one of the best in the NFL. And the Eagles will need him to maintain that high level of play in 2026.

The Eagles’ offensive line didn’t live up to its usually dominant standard last season. Lane Johnson missed half of the season due to injury while Cam Jurgens and Landon Dickerson played through pain, and the group’s performance suffered as a result.

After paving the way for Saquon Barkley and protecting Jalen Hurts during the Super Bowl LIX run, the rushing attack and the offensive line play in general was less than stellar in 2025.

The Eagles are currently listed at +2000 on FanDuel to win the Super Bowl next year. Our complete FanDuel Sportsbook review provides a useful guide on how to use their app. Also, check out our NFL futures betting guide if you’re interested in learning more about how to bet on NFL futures.

But Mailata played well. The 2024 second-team All-Pro was once again one of the top left tackles in the league, allowing only two sacks and 28 pressures on 566 pass pro reps.

Now, with Dickerson, Jurgens and Johnson in a healthier spot, it’ll be on Mailata and the rest to band together and play well as a unit in a new offensive scheme for a new staff.

That will be different for Mailata, the former rugby player and 2018 seventh-round pick who learned everything he knew about offensive line play from assistant Jeff Stoutland.

Now that Stoutland is gone after 13 years in Philadelphia, Mailata and Co. have transitioned to new offensive line coach Chris Kuper. Kuper was brought in as a part of an offensive staff overhaul, headlined by the hiring of offensive coordinator Sean Mannion.

Speaking this spring, Mailata sounded energized by the changeup. He labeled Mannion an “evil genius” and called Kuper “a great addition to the team.” Mannion and Kuper are expected to run a wide-zone running scheme, different from what had been implemented in the past.

“I feel like a rookie again,” Mailata said. “It’s great. It’s a very humbling experience, and I think you should always be of that learning mindset. ... So it’s been fun.”

Now, it’s just a matter of Mailata staying healthy, taking to that new scheme and continuing to play like one of the best blindside blockers in the NFL in 2026.
