IShowSpeed begs Lamine Yamal to stop Lionel Messi from winning another World Cup

IShowSpeed has been allowed to stream at a lot of the 2026 World Cup matches, but his tournament has not gone the way he hoped.

But Speed is also a Cristiano Ronaldo fan, and his Portugal side were knocked out of the tournament in the Round of 16, while Lionel Messi is on course to win the World Cup again.

Messi and Ronaldo are the two best players of this generation, and their rivalry has divided fans.
Speed supports the Portuguese star, and in turn, he is not happy that Messi is now in a World Cup final for the second tournament in a row.
As a result, in a clip from his live stream that has been shared on X/Twitter, the IRL streamer has now begged Spain World Cup star Lamine Yamal to beat Argentina to ensure that Messi does not win the competition again.
He said: “Don’t play, Lamine; just go, just win. Win against Argentina World Cup final, Lamine, please.
“Please, Lamine. Please, Lamine. Save me, Lamine Yamal, save me. Save me from disaster.
“I can’t deal with this another year. If Messi win a World Cup again, I don’t know what I can say as a Ronaldo fan. I can’t say anything. I can’t say nothing.
“So Lamine Yamal, save us Ronaldo fans.”
Spain and Argentina are set to face off at the New York New Jersey Stadium on Sunday, July 19.
Yamal is the most high-profile name in the Spanish national team, but he has had a fairly quiet World Cup so far.
The FC Barcelona winger has scored one and assisted one in seven games, while Messi has eight goals and four assists.
