The walls were closing in on suspected Jeffrey Epstein pimp and French model scout Daniel Siad.
But no answers will be forthcoming.
Siad, 69, died mysteriously at his mansion outside Paris late Monday — the latest casualty in the sordid saga.
French police had planned to question Siad after he was named a staggering 2,000 times in the FBI’s massive Epstein Files. Cops alleged that Siad was a facilitator for the twisted financier, assisting in the sex trafficking and abuse of young women.
A Swedish national, Siad had been accused of being close with the billionaire sex offender, who himself died mysteriously in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking underage girls.
So far, Siad’s cause of death is unclear and an investigation has been launched to determine the circumstances of his demise.
Autopsy is planned
“An investigation into the causes of death was opened Monday evening following the discovery of the body of Mr. Daniel Siad in a house he occupied in Colombes,” French prosecutors told The U.K. Sun, adding an autopsy is planned.
Epstein was a frequent visitor to Paris and kept a luxury apartment on Avenue Foch where he engaged in his twisted predilections with underage girls. Siad only copped to visiting the jet-setting sicko — for business purposes, of course.
According to the Epstein files, Siad compared his job recruiting women for Epstein to fishing. He wrote the convicted sex offender in 2014: “In This busyness I feel like fisherman some time I cache quick, some time no fish.”
But Siad always maintained he had done nothing wrong.

Beat the bushes for young girls
His troubling associations with Epstein allegedly started in the late 2000s and continued through to 2017. From Paris, he would troll France, Eastern Europe, South Africa and Morocco, beating the bushes for fresh, young sexual talent.
However, in 2022, a French woman told detectives that she became trapped in Epstein’s vile web after being introduced by Siad.
And in May, Siad spilled to BFMTV he knew and connected young women with Epstein. Laughably, the dead model scout claimed the fiendish financier “presented himself in a professional manner as a casting director for Victoria’s Secret.”
Just last month, Siad told CNN he “trusted” Epstein and that their dealings were strictly business focused.
‘I don’t know his private life’
“I trust in him, I believe him. This guy is a professional person — he needs somebody. He knows I have good connections around,” Siad said. “If I find the right person who can assist him, I am honoured.”
It was at Epstein’s $19 million Paris pile where Siad would meet the sex trafficker, adding their encounters lasted only 10 to 15 minutes.
Siad said: “Each time I presented him with models, and I left with the models. I only had professional relations with him. I don’t know his private life.”
But Siad was being disingenuous: Five women have accused him of rape and sexual assault. Swedish model Ebba Karlsson claimed she was raped in 1990 after Siad allegedly threatened her.
Another Epstein hanger on and also a model scout, Jean-Luc Brunel, hanged himself in Le Sante prison in 2022. The 76-year-old allegedly once gifted 12-year-old French twins for Epstein to sexually assault.
Brunel brought twins for rape
He was arrested at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris in December 2020 as he tried to flee to Senegal. Brunel was held in pre-trial detention for the rape of minors and the trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation.
In the early 2000s, Brunel was accused of using his clout in the mannequin world to groom, recruit, and traffic young women and teen girls — some as young as 12 — to be raped by Epstein and his acolytes. He too denied any involvement.
