The missing children are Alessia Khumalo (7), Perez Khumalo (4) and Atarah Khumalo (1).

According to a missing children alert published by The Pink Ladies, the siblings were last seen at their Bestenbier Avenue home in Elsies River at about 12:00 on 27 July.

According to The Pink Ladies’ missing persons alert, the children’s father or stepfather allegedly took them on an outing without permission. The organisation noted that it could not independently confirm whether the man is the children’s biological father or their stepfather.

The Pink Ladies urged anyone with information to contact police immediately.

According to the alert, the Elsies River Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit is investigating the case.

Anyone with information can contact Constable Slouwandle or Warrant Officer Van der Merwe on 021 935 9806 or 08600 10111. Information can also be sent to The Pink Ladies via WhatsApp on 072 214 7439 or email [email protected].

The organisation also reminded the public that there is no waiting period to report a missing person.
