Lincoln Little League boards bus to regionals

LINCOLN, R.I. (WPRI) — The Lincoln Little League team boarded a bus Friday morning to head to Bristol, Connecticut, for the Metro Regionals.

There was a send-off party at Randy Hein Field Thursday night where the boys got their hats and jerseys for the tournament.
Lincoln won the Little League State Championship after defeating Barrington on Saturday and now they are one step closer to the Little League World Series.
At 4 p.m. Saturday, Lincoln will take on New York on ESPN+.
