NEW YORK – Just prior to Tuesday night’s game, the Yankees swapped out a pair of relievers.
Kervin Castro was placed on the 15-day injured list due to right elbow neuritis and fellow right-hander Bradley Hanner was called up from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

On Sunday, Castro tossed a quick scoreless inning, lowering his ERA to 1.42 in five big-league appearances.
Hanner, 27, would be making his MLB debut. He posted a 2.10 ERA in 40 relief appearances at Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, with 61 strikeouts in 51.1 innings.
On Tuesday night's it's Seattle Mariners' righty Bryan Woo against Yanks' lefty Ryan Weathers, who has allowed just one earned run in his last three starts, covering 18.2 innings.
"Feel like in a lot of ways he’s at his very best right now,'' manager Aaron Boone said of Weathers, whose secondary stuff - slider, changeup - has "really been excellent now for a while, playing off his two different fastballs.
