Royals vs. Dodgers August 11 game discussion

You know, the Royals and the Dodgers have, basically, the same base uniform. What’s up with that? The same blue, the same home script, the same grey away uniform. Thankfully, the Royals have some uniforms and colors that are legitimately different (IE, powder blue, and #PurplePower City Connect jerseys). Unfortunately, while they may have the better uniforms, the Dodgers have the better…everything else, just about.

Well, mostly. I went to Dodgers Stadium a few years ago. It was fun, I saw Shohei hit a home run, yada yada. But the traffic was horrific. It took us an hour and a half to go from our hotel near LAX to the Dodger Stadium parking lot. That’s a 20-mile distance. Imagine the drive from Oak Park Mall to Kauffman Stadium taking an hour and a half. Ew. Public transit is good.
