· Yahoo Sports
The Tennessee Titans and Seattle Seahawks got together for a physical joint practice on Friday, and they didn’t disappoint the fans who made their way to the Vanderbilt Football Medical Center.
In a productive practice, both the offense and defense came out with purpose and appeared to take a step forward in their regular-season preparation.

Led by Cam Ward, the offense looked efficient and, aside from one interception, strong. The Titans' defensive front also looked strong, and the secondary bounced back from a rough week against the San Francisco 49ers and took some steps forward.
Here is a look at some of the players who looked strong against the Seahawks in the joint practice.
Cam Ward
After struggling in the preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers, Ward has had an impressive week and continued that against the Seahawks. Ward was efficient, and despite throwing a pick-six, bounced back with a solid performance.

Alontae Taylor
The Titans' secondary had a much better outing against the Seahawks than they did last week against the 49ers, and Taylor led the charge. The veteran defensive back was sticky in coverage and chipped in a pick-six of his own off Sam Darnold.
Alontae Taylor credits a coach for a great call for him jumping a Sam Darnold pass for a pick-6 today. #Titans

Offensive line
In a matchup against a solid front, the Titans' offensive line held up well and helped the Titans' offense set the tone. Not only did they do a solid job protecting the quarterbacks (especially Ward), but they also opened holes for Tony Pollard and the other running backs against a stout defense.
