Time is running out in the transfer market, and the pressure is rising on teams to get deals done.

Chelsea have kept some very ambitious asking prices on their players, hoping that someone will get desperate at this late stage. That goes for a number of Blues who were in the first team squad last season – Pedro Neto, Enzo Fernandez, Malo Gusto and Liam Delap.

All of them can go at the right price, but so far nobody has come close to offering what the Blues want.

With Neto, Enzo and Gusto, Chelsea are in a solid position. All of them could end up playing regularly this season if they stay. That’s why the club know they need a mega offer to blow them away and make them change their plans.

With Delap, he’s not going to play if he stays, but the Blues know they can quite easily find a loan last minute if nobody wants him at the ambitious £50m they’re said to want.

We couldn’t rule out at least one of them going, however, and that’s where things really start to get interesting.
