Former Jaguars' Pro Bowl wide receiver announces retirement from NFL

Former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Allen Robinson has announced that he is retiring from the NFL.

Robinson was a second-round pick by the Jaguars in 2014 out of Penn State. He played his first four seasons in Jacksonville, appearing in 43 games, which included making 21 starts.

During that span, Robinson caught 202 passes for 2,848 yards with 22 touchdowns.

His most productive season came in 2015, when Robinson hauled in 80 receptions for 1,400 yards, while leading the league in receiving touchdowns with 14. Robinson made the Pro Bowl that year as well.

Robinson would go on to play for Chicago, Pittsburgh, Detroit, and the LA Rams. Across 139 games, he caught 565 passes for 7.058 yards with 43 scores.
