DE Greg Rousseau
Rousseau has been the Bills defense for the past two weeks. He's had two sacks in each game so far this year. There is reason to believe it could be him supplying the sacks once again against the Chargers.
Across the defensive line, Bradley Chubb will have the tough task of trying to take on the NFL's fourth-best tackle according to Pro Football Focus in Rashawn Slater. Rousseau has a much easier task in Joe Alt.
CB Dee Alford
The Chargers' biggest threat in terms of skill players around quarterback Justin Herbert is slot receiver Ladd McConkey. He is back from injury and if Alford can turn around his slow start to the season agains the McConkey? That's what being an X-factor is all about.
S CJ Gardner-Johnson
Speaking of Herbert, he likes to put it up and the Chargers let him do it. They're a desperate team after starting 0-2 as well. The Bills' safeties and defensive backs might have a chance to feast on Herbert late if the Bills get a lead.
If Gardner-Johnson can keep his emotions in order, he might get his first interception with the Bills in this one.
