The Patriots will look to continue their dominant run against the Jaguars as New England heads to Jacksonville for a Week 3 matchup.

Across 15 games in the regular season and playoffs, the Pats hold a 12-3 record against the Jags. However, Jacksonville has won two of the previous three meetings between the AFC teams.

Can New England carry over some of the momentum from last week's dominant win against Pittsburgh and move to 2-1 early in the 2026 season?

3:45 p.m. ET: Tuten ran the ball in for the touchdown.

3:44 p.m. ET: Cameron got inside New England territory after bobbling the ball. Tuten with he first down. Coach Mike Vrabel was shaking his head. Lawrence connected with Meyers. Rodriguez ran the ball down the field. On 3rd & 3, Lawrence ran the ball. He got to the one-yard line and stopped himself from scoring the touchdown. New England with a timeout with 8:06 left in the game.

Jaguars 28, Patriots 6

3:35 p.m. ET: Taunting flag from New England. Borregales with a 40-yard FG attempt. He got it! 

3:33 p.m. ET: Maye almost had another turnover, but Hollins caught the ball on 3rd & 8 for the first down. Doubs with a catch. Maye with a pass to Williams for a 38-yard completion. Hollins with another catch, as New England tried to get something going. 

End of third quarter: Jaguars 28, Patriots 3

3:27 p.m. ET: Maye got buried by the defense, a loss for eight. Hollins with a catch to give them some movement. The end of the third quarter, and it's looking dire for New England.

3:19 p.m. ET: Maye back out on the field. Another interception! Jarrian Jones! Rodriguez ran it in right after for the touchdown.

3:15 p.m. ET: On 3rd & 11, Meyers got the ball inside the five. Face Mask flag given to New England. False Start flag on the offense. Lawrence and Washington missed on a potential TD pass. Washington with an amazing catch the next play. However, there was an Illegal Hands to the Face penalty. Washington one more time and the Jaguars finally have another TD. 

3:07 p.m. ET: Gonzalez with a key defensive play for the Patriots. Rodriguez was just shy of the first down and Lawrence got it with a run of his own. Davis stopped Meyers in his tracks. Meyers got the ball the next play for a first down. Lawrence finally got dropped by the New England defense, the first sack.

3:01 p.m. ET: Lawrence got pressured, but he managed to pas the ball to Tuten for a pickup of 15. Rodriguez then ran the ball for a few yards. New England's defense with a Neutral Zone Infraction flag for the first down. 

2:56 p.m. ET: Borregales missed a 38-yard FG attempt. 

2:55 p.m. ET: Unnecessary Roughness flag on Jacksonville. False Start flag on New England pushed them back. Maye with a pass to Stevenson who trucked through the defense for a few yards. Stevenson with another run for a first down. On 3rd & 6, Maye and Doubs could not connect.

2:50 p.m. ET: Stevenson ran the ball to begin the second half. Hunter Henry with his first catch of the game. Maye attempted to run the ball for the first down, but he was three inches short. On 4th & Inches, Stevenson got the first down. Unnecessary Roughness flag on Jacksonville.

Halftime: Jaguars 14, Patriots 3

2:33 p.m. ET: New England with a timeout with seven seconds left. Cam Little attempted a 70-yard FG attempt. He missed it! Halftime! 

2:30 p.m. ET: Lawrence with a run with about 47 seconds left. New England with a timeout. Several penalties against the Patriots gave the Jaguars several yards before the half. Jones almost intercepted the ball. Meyers with the first down. Jacksonville was rushing since they didn't have any timeouts.

2:25 p.m. ET: Maye with another interception. Hunter! In the endzone. First career pick for Hunter.

2:24 p.m. ET: Maye ran it down for the first down. Jacksonville with their first timeout of the game. After review, there was a fumble but Maye retained possession. Another Jacksonville timeout after Maye ran the ball again. Stevenson ran the ball. On 3rd & Goal, Jacksonville used their final timeout.

2:16 p.m. ET: Maye almost had the ball picked. There was a Holding penalty that gave the Patriots the first down. Another penalty, Neutral Zone Infraction, gave the Patriots the first down. Two-minute warning.

2:13 p.m. ET: Lawrence passed Blake Bortles for most passing touchdowns (104) in franchise history. Maye with a deep pass to DeMario Douglas for 38 yards! Douglas was wide open for a potential touchdown, but the ball went through his hands.

Jaguars 14, Patriots 3

2:07 p.m. ET: Travis Hunter came in and out of the game several times. Lawrence connected with Meyers for the touchdown.

2:05 p.m. ET: Lawrence with a connection to Washington. Strange with a massive gain in yardage, catching the ball for 23 yards. Christian Barmore is questionable to return with a shoulder injury. Davis also looked out of it. Cameron, Buten, and Rodriguez helped drive the ball up the middle to get to 1st & Goal.

Jaguars 7, Patriots 3

1:58 p.m. ET: Maye almost got the touchdown, but Hollins couldn't hold onto the ball. Greg Van Roten, who took over for Mike Onwenu, was being looked at. He went to the blue medical tent. Andres Borregales made a 35-yard FG attempt.

1:53 p.m. ET: Maye ran the ball for a touchdown! However, there was a Holding penalty on the offense. Maye threw the ball to Romeo Doubs, but there was a Pass Interference flag on him. A shotgun play that almost didn't work. New England gained the yards they lost, but still had a long way to go. 

1:50 p.m. ET: Lawrence with a pick. Marcus Jones! The ball tipped over Strange's hands.

1:46 p.m. ET: Maye avoided a few tackles and threw the ball to Henderson for a gain of six. The next play, Henderson could barely get a gain in yardage. On 3rd & 3, Maye barely got out of the line of scrimmage. Jacksonville's defense was too good early on.

Jaguars 7, Patriots 0

1:40 p.m. ET: Tuten got the first down for Jacksonville. Ameer Abdullah got lit up by Carlton Davis III to avoid a big gain in yardage. The next play, Lawrence found Josh Cameron for the touchdown.

End of first quarter: Patriots 0, Jaguars 0

1:35 p.m. ET: Gonzalez back in the game. On 3rd & 5, Lawrence with a dart to Parker Washington for the first down. Tuten ran for eight, just short of the first with a minute left in the first. Chris Rodriguez Jr. with a run of seven for the first. Jacksonville will have the ball and momentum in the second quarter.

1:29 p.m. ET: Stevenson fought for a first down. Maye had the ball slip out of his hands. Another turnover as DaVon Hamilton grabbed the ball off the floor.

1:27 p.m. ET: Stevenson with a run for four yards. Maye ran it himself for a first down. He then overthrew a pass to Hollins but Hollins got it after another try. It was Henderson's turn to run the ball. It appears Gonzalez is fine after heading to the sidelines, per The Boston Herald.

1:19 p.m. ET: Tuten ran the ball for 12 yards and a first down. Lawrence with a strong throw to Brenton Strange but only for a yard. It was Jakobi Meyers that started to get things going for Jacksonville. Christian Gonzalez with a nice hit, but came off the field after it looked like his left arm was hanging.  

1:14 p.m. ET: On 3rd & 5, Maye threw the ball to Mack Hollins for a gain of 20. Henderson for a pickup of a yard. Maye got pressured, with Travon Walker almost tripping him. On 3rd & 9, Maye couldn't find an open target.

1:10 p.m. ET: Patriots with the ball for the first time today. Maye threw the ball to Rhamondre Stevenson for a gain of two. TreVeyon Henderson time! He ran the ball for a few yards. Patriots with a timeout early in the game before the play clock expired. 

1:06 p.m. ET: The Patriots kicked the ball. Trevor Lawrence, the Jaguars' QB, gave the ball to Bhayshul Tuten for a gain of six. Multiple penalties early on forced the Jaguars to lose several yards. Josh Cameron missed a key pass. Lawrence ran the ball but was just short of a first down.

1 p.m. ET: It's time for some football!

12:30 p.m. ET: Drake Maye is in the building. The QB aims to lower the turnover rate against the Jaguars.

11:31 a.m. ET: The Jaguars announced their inactive players.
