Caitlin Clark is putting together a historic performance for the Indiana Fever in Game 2 against the Las Vegas Aces.
The Fever entered Tuesday night needing a win to keep their first-round playoff series alive after Las Vegas took Game 1, 102-85. Clark and Indiana responded with a strong opening half at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Clark had 14 points and 11 assists by halftime, helping Indiana take a 48-43 lead into the break. Her playmaking was especially important as the Fever looked to even the best-of-three series.

She reached the mark with 14 points and 11 assists before halftime, adding four rebounds to her stat line.
The Fever star shot 4-for-10 from the field in the opening half, including 2-for-5 from three-point range. She also went a perfect 4-for-4 at the free-throw line.
The 11 assists already gave Clark a playoff career milestone while helping Indiana generate enough offense to take control of the game. She entered Game 2 after recording 15 points and 10 assists in Game 1, despite the Fever’s 17-point loss.
Fever take halftime lead against Aces
Indiana’s 48 points is a significant improvement from its opening-half showing in Game 1, when Las Vegas scored 62 points and built a 15-point halftime advantage.
Clark’s distribution helped the Fever keep pace with an Aces team led by A’ja Wilson, who had 38 points and 16 rebounds in the series opener.
With Indiana leading 48-43, Clark has put the Fever in position to force a deciding Game 3. The winner of the series advances to the WNBA semifinals.
