The Chicago Bears scored a touchdown on their opening drive for the first time since the middle of the 2025 season with an eight-yard pass from third-string quarterback Case Keenum to wide receiver Luther Burden III. It was Keenum’s first touchdown pass since 2023 and Burden’s first touchdown of the year.

It is the Bears’ first touchdown since their season opener against the Carolina Panthers. Chicago got a stop on the Philadelphia Eagles' opening drive to give their offense a chance to build on their 7-0 lead.
