Bayern Munich are interested in bringing Fulham goalkeeper and former Germany international Bernd Leno to the Allianz Arena, according to BILD Sport. The German record champions want to make the 34-year-old a backup for Jonas Urbig next season.

Leno’s contract at Fulham runs until the summer of 2027, but the West London club have an option to extend his deal for another year.
Reports indicate that Leno would be interested in a move to Bayern, with a return to Germany bringing him closer to his family.
Leno made his name in the Bundesliga with Bayer Leverkusen. He initially joined the club on loan from Stuttgart before making the move permanent and establishing himself as the first-choice goalkeeper.
In 2018, he moved to the Premier League to join Arsenal. After four seasons in North London, he joined Fulham in 2022 for an initial £3m fee, with the deal potentially rising to £8m through add-ons.
Leno represented Germany at multiple youth levels before making his senior international debut in 2016. He has made nine appearances for the national team.
