Construction is already underway, with work on the stadium moving rapidly, according to Ted Glick, the club's chief ticketing officer and senior vice president of stadium programming.
"The foundation is set. The concrete is being poured for the concourse. And by the end of this year, steel will rise, and so you'll see the building take shape," Glick said.
The stadium is being designed to meet high expectations, with three distinct premium experiences planned for fans. One club will be located on the Chairman's Level, while another will feature what the club calls "loge seats," designed to bring residential-style comfort to the game-day experience.
"We're bringing online are called our lodge seats. So this is like bringing your living room into the stadium," Glick said.

Among the amenities are heated seats with adjustable settings.
"Right underneath you here, you've got your seat heat. You can change it to a couple levels, just like the driver sitting in your car," Glick said while demonstrating the feature.
A third premium area will place fans at field level and include access through a hidden speakeasy-style entrance. The club is also highlighting the venue's proximity to players as they enter the field.
"There's a hidden door; there's an opulent bar. But really the show-stopping moment is the player tunnel that spans the length of this entire club. So you're going to have, you know, unparalleled access to the players that are walking out for the pregame processional," Glick said.
Club officials say the goal is to make the overall stadium experience as appealing as the match itself, with an emphasis on food, beverage and hospitality offerings.
"The food and beverage of the culinary experience is going to rival some of the top restaurants and private clubs in Chicago," Glick said.
The stadium project continues to gain momentum, with the club reporting that 20% of its premium seats have already been sold.
"Regardless of how you like to interact with the sport, whether you're a die-hard, you're a casual, you're just a CEO looking to entertain, we're going to have a space for you to call home," Glick said.
The new Chicago Fire FC stadium, McDonald's Park, is expected to open in the summer of 2028 in the South Loop.
