George Goubert put them ahead seven minutes later with a precise low drive into the bottom corner while Jacques Cauvin struck the bar from a long range shot as Guernsey went into the break 1-0 up.
Goubert had a hand in Guernsey's second goal as he was fouled in the box three minutes after the restart allowing Ross Allen to convert from 12 yards.
Two minutes later the points were as good as sealed when the returning Sam Murray fired in from a Goubert flick-on.
Allen got his second goal midway through the second half before Fazakerley turned in an 85th-minute corner to complete the scoring as Guernsey registered their biggest win of the season so far.
"I think it was a great performance," Guernsey FC manager Tony Vance told BBC Radio Guernsey.
"We deserved to win significantly, I thought we were in control.
"I think first half we were dominant, we did what we wanted to do, we pinned them back and managed to control the tempo, control the game, control the opposition, control the pitch areas and I thought the players did that really well.
"But just after half time the two goals in quick succession really allowed us to have a foothold in the game completely and then after that I thought we were very dominant."
