Watch: Brock Bowers slimed by Raiders teammates as NFL Week 8 NVP

Nickelodeon has chosen their NVP for the NFL's Week 8 games and it's Raiders TE Brock Bowers. As part of winning the award, Bowers got the privilege of being slimed courtesy of his teammates after practice Thursday.

Several Raiders players got in on the fun. First stopping Bowers from escaping his fate, and calling him back over. Fellow TE Michael Mayer presented him with the award, while teammates like Jackson Powers-Johnson, Caleb Rogers, Connor Heyward, AJ Cole, Ian Thomas, and finally Maxx Crosby took their turns pouring slime on Bowers's head. Then Kirk Cousins literally capped it off with his slime crown, saying "That's what you get for playing well."

Bowers led the Raiders with seven catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns. His first touchdown is likely what landed him the NVP Award. A spectacular one-handed grab for the Raiders' first score of the game.

He later had a touchdown in which he made the catch and pushed through defenders at the goal line.

Great work, kid. Now hit the showers. Seriously, you have slime all over you.
