Trey Hendrickson's production has never been a mystery. The veteran pass rusher has consistently disrupted opposing quarterbacks throughout his career, and defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver believes the reason is simple.

"Trey Hendrickson is a pro," Weaver said.
While fans see the sacks on Sundays, Weaver said the real story happens long before kickoff.
"The way you see him move and operate and just his approach to work, he is as detailed a player as I've been around," Weaver said.
According to Weaver, Hendrickson approaches every rep with the same urgency.
"Whether it's a walk-through, whatever it is, he is trying to operate as if it's the most important play in the history of football," Weaver said.
That mindset is one reason Baltimore was excited to add him this offseason.
"That's why he's had the success he's had," Weaver said.
The Ravens are counting on Hendrickson to provide both production and leadership, and early reviews have been overwhelmingly positive.
