Toronto cops seek suspect with knife who threatened pet; Suspect arrested after man stabbed

Toronto cops are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in a threatening investigation.
Police said on June 20, around 2:22 p.m., they responded to a call for a person with a knife in the Donlands and Mortimer Aves. area.
It’s reported there was an altercation between the suspect and the victim and the suspect produced a knife, chased the victim and swung the knife at them.
It’s further reported that the suspect also threatened to harm or kill the victim’s pet.
The suspect is described as 6-foot-1 with a thin build, black beard, and black hair. He was last seen wearing a grey striped shirt, black sweater, blue jeans, black sunglasses, and grey sneakers with white soles.

COPS PROBE DOWNTOWN STABBING
A man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuires after he was found with stabbing injuries on Wednesday around 3:44 p.m. in the Sherbourne and Dundas St. area.
Toronto Police said a suspect was arrested.
No suspect information has been released so far.
