Man City target Gakpo and Fernandez

Manchester City have joined Tottenham in the race for Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo.

City are monitoring the Netherlands international as they look to strengthen their attack, with Tottenham also interested in the versatile forward.

City are also expected to make an offer for Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez before the transfer window closes, according to Fabrizio Romano.
