15th Annual Citizens Pell Bridge run held on Sunday

NEWPORT, R.I. (WPRI) -- On Sunday 3,500 runners and walkers took part in the 15th Annual 15TH Annual Citizens Pell Bridge run.

The four mile race began at 7 a.m. in Jamestown, then continued over the bridge, and ended in downtown Newport.
This year's winner was 25-year-old Christopher Collett, from Cranston. He crossed the finish line at 19:25.
Organizers say all of the proceeds of the race are donated to Rhode Island charities.
