The Americans improved to 3-0 at the World Cup, completing a sweep in group play with a 105-64 rout of Czechia in Berlin, Germany, on Sept. 7. The 41-point victory is the USA's 33rd consecutive World Cup win, a streak that dates to 2006.
Jackie Young is Team USA’s leading scorer, averaging 11.3 points per game, with Paige Bueckers and Breanna Stewart tied for second at 10.3 points per game. Clark leads Team USA in assists through group play with 6.3 per game while averaging 8.0 points.

Originally this roster also featured four-time WNBA MVP A'ja Wilson and five-time All-Star Kelsey Plum, but both were ruled out four days before the World Cup began due to what Team USA called "health reasons."
