Humphries, a first-round pick by the Arizona Cardinals in 2015, has appeared in 108 games with 101 starts. He spent most of his career with the Cardinals, where he was named to the Pro Bowl in 2021.
Humphries last played for the Los Angeles Rams in 2025, playing in eight games with one start, before signing with Washington on August 26. He was slotted as the second left tackle on the depth chart - behind Brandon Coleman - as Washington looked to fill a 6-foot-5, 313-pound gap in its offensive line left by Laremy Tunsil, who was placed on injured reserve 11 days ago.
Coleman is now the Commanders’ only active left tackle on the roster.
