Bayern Munich star Luis Díaz ready to hit Oktoberfest again

Bayern Munich star Luis Díaz has been in Bavaria long enough to understand the important things.

Football? Check.
Winning trophies? Hopefully plenty more to come.
Oktoberfest? Apparently, he is ready to take that very seriously.
When asked whether he was looking forward to Sunday’s Oktoberfest visit, the Bayern Munich winger did not exactly sound reluctant.
“Absolutely. A good party. A great event. Always lots of people. I’ll dress up nicely,” Díaz told Sky Germany’s Kerry Hau (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
Well, there you have it. Díaz has officially entered his Bavarian era.
The Colombian is still relatively new to life in Munich, but apparently nobody needed to explain the Oktoberfest dress code. The “I’ll dress up nicely” part is particularly telling as he will have to don his best Lederhosen.
Oktoberfest has become something of an unofficial part of the Bayern Munich calendar, with players, coaches and their families regularly showing up in traditional Bavarian outfits. For Díaz, it should be another chance to enjoy the city away from the pressure of football. Although given his competitive nature, there is a non-zero chance that the Oktoberfest festivities somehow turn into another competition.
Who has the best outfit? Who can handle the biggest pretzel? Who survives the longest?
Those are questions for Sunday.
For now, one thing is clear — Díaz is ready to hit the party…Bavarian style
