Detroit Lions' superstar EDGE Aidan Hutchinson continued his hot streak to start the 2026 season on Thursday night, and set a franchise record in the process.

Hutchinson quickly got into the action against the Buffalo Bills. His bullrush on the Bills' first offensive series scored him a strip-sack.

Although the Bills recovered the fumble, and went on to score a lot of points, Hutchinson still set a record with his takedown of Bills quarterback Josh Allen. The sack marked his sixth consecutive game recording 1.0 sack -- a new Lions franchise record.

Hutchinson will have a chance to extend his record-breaking streak in Week 3 against his former defensive coordinator when the Lions (1-1) take on Aaron Glenn's New York Jets (1-0).
