Indiana Fever fans fume over Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston’s injury status ahead of Game 2

Indiana Fever fans are not happy with many things going into Game 2, and the injury report released by the team has added to their misery.
There are four names on the injury report, two of them are star players Aliyah Boston and Caitlin Clark. The other two are Damiris Dantas and Ty Harris, who have been ruled out even before the start of the playoffs.

Boston and Clark are the vital pieces for the Fever, and losing either of them would be extremely costly against the Las Vegas Aces, who secured a dominant 102-85 win in Game 1 of the first round series between the two teams.
With both of them listed as probable, it is likely they will be part of the lineup, but given the way things have operated, Fever fans were infuriated and expressed their thoughts on X.
Fans disappointed after seeing Fever injury report
As far as Clark is concerned, she has been a regular feature on the injury list. The 24-year-old has been listed as probable several times, but still ends up playing.
Her injury status is listed as probable because she is managing a back injury from earlier in the season.
Meanwhile for Boston, she exited the Fever’s last regular season game against the Minnesota Lynx due to a flare-up on her right lower-leg.
Fans were not pleased to see two of their biggest stars on the injury report ahead of the crucial game against the Aces.
One user on X said, “Her back hurts all of a sudden, how convenient.” While another had a serious remark. “Straight out of the LeBron James playbook. Caitlin Clark is going to be in the injury sheet every game throughout the playoff so when she becomes the pathetic failure we know she is, her fanbase will blame her injury, coaches, teammates, WNBA, camerapeople etc. for CC’s failure!,” the account user’s tweet read.
Some were also hoping it would be head coach Stephanie White, who would be on the injury report.
“If Steph White were probable, the Fever would have a shot at winning!” wrote one fan.
A fan also said, “2027 STATUS REPORT Stephanie White – Hopeful (Terminated)”
Someone also made the request to trade Clark. “Trade caitlin clark, hate to say it but her and aliyah don’t mesh well.”
